+ Lesser Antilles Estate

This large estate in the Lesser Antilles is designed to capture the stunning views of the nearby landscape, golf course, and ocean beyond. Situated on a sloping site at the base of dormant volcano, the estate consists of the main house and a separate north wing linked together via a covered coolnnade with a bold all-mahogany, open-air leisure and dining pavilion. A separate guest cottage is also positioned nearby.

The sprawling estate features a stunning two-level pool with a waterpark-grade waterslide, both embraced by a rich landscape with feature and event lawns, terraces in Spanish limestone, and rough boulders from the site. The house sits on a local volcanic stone plinth which wraps the entire ensemble and includes columns and feature walls inside that compliment smooth museum-grade plaster walls. Ceilings are dramatically up lit with knife-edge plaster soffits highlighting painted and stained wood beams and wood ribbed panels. Both kitchens offer a counter-point in materials with rich mahogany cabinets and pale stone counters.
